Sprint distance triathlon ideal for all abilities. Swim starts from Waterford slipway patrolled by RNLI, followed by a 22km ride along the historic coast road and up hilly Glen Ballyeamon with switchbacks and spectacular views, topped off with a 5km run along the cliff path.
